Ways to work together.

I work with teams in three ways, all pointed at the same job: turning new AI capability into products that actually ship. Here’s what each one looks like, and how an engagement really starts.

Service The core

AI Product Design & GenUI

Most AI products are demos wearing a product’s clothes. They answer, they generate, they impress for ten minutes. And then a real user shows up with a real job, and the interface has nothing for them but another blinking cursor.

I design the part that closes that gap: what the model should show, when it should show it, and what a person actually needs to SEE instead of another block of text. It’s really just translating capability into interface.

Who it's for If you have a working model and a flat interface, this is for you. You’ve proven the capability. Now it has to feel like a product someone comes back to.

Service Build & teach

AI Engineering & Enablement

I build what I design: working prototypes, agent systems, and the automated pipelines that take creative work off the critical path. The prototype gets real this week, not next quarter.

And because most teams don’t need another tool so much as a new habit, I also run the workshops and rollouts that make AI part of how a team actually operates, not a tab someone forgets to open.

Who it's for If you want the prototype shipped now, or you’re rolling out AI across an org and want it to actually stick, this is the mode.

Service Senior taste

Fractional Creative Direction

Senior creative leadership without the full-time hire. If you’ve got the engineering and the ambition, but no one who owns whether the thing looks and feels worth trusting, this is that person.

Brand identity, design systems, and two decades of judgment, applied where it’s scarce. A creative lead on call who sets the bar and holds it.

Who it's for If you need direction more than headcount, this is for you. Senior judgment, available when the work needs it.

How it works Engagement formats

Three ways to start.

Most work begins in one of these shapes and grows from there. The right one depends on where you are, not on a package.

Assessment

A fixed-scope engagement to find and prove the highest-value AI surface in your product. We define the use case, prototype the UI, and you walk away with a working POC and a clear plan. Typically two to four weeks.

  • Use-case definition
  • Working POC
  • Build plan

Embedded

I join your team as the design partner for an AI build, week over week. Design, prototyping, and direction on a monthly basis, for as long as the work needs it.

  • Monthly partnership
  • Design + build
  • Direct with your team

Advisory

Lighter-touch direction and enablement. If you need judgment on call rather than a full embed, this is the shape: fractional creative leadership, workshops, and ongoing review.

  • Fractional direction
  • Workshops & rollouts
  • Creative review
